Jessica is most passionate about leveraging the versatility of wellness practices and adapting them to meet the unique health and wellness goals of her clients. Throughout her practice, Jessica has found that yoga and massage, along with other integrative therapeutic approaches, can not only provide a sense of physical well-being but also provide ongoing mental and emotional support. A full-time student of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Bradley University, her long-term goal is to integrate bodywork with psychotherapy to holistically support her client's healing journeys.
